Our beautifully decorated birdhouses

Running the three legged race!

We began our Sunday School year on September 7 with Rally Day!!

Our students started their day building and painting a bird house.  They turned out great and showed off the artistic talent of our students.  We then went outside and had some fun with sack races and three legged races.  We finished the day with some wonderful snacks!

We are so happy to have everyone back for the new school year!!

Making our paper turkeys

Concentrating on making her pine cone bird feeder

Our Fall lesson was about different kinds of birds.  We made bird feeders to help the birds find some food in the colder months.  And with Thanksgiving in a few days, we also made some paper turkeys to help decorate for the season.

Next up is our Christmas play.  We are busy rehearsing for it and we hope you come to see us perform on Christmas Eve.

Stuffing our penguins!

We celebrated Christmas by stuffing some penguins and wrapping some snowflakes.  We played some games and ate some beautiful snacks.  Merry Christmas from all the Sunday School students and teachers!!

Our Christmas play, "Tell it Again" will be on Christmas Eve at 4 pm.  We've all worked very hard so we hope you will come out and see it!

First Bible and First Communion

Ready for the egg hunt to begin!

One young man received his first Bible and his first Communion on Maundy Thursday.  Congratulations Spencer!

We celebrated Easter on April 20.   It was a beautiful day out for our annual Easter Egg Hunt.  The children had so much fun finding all the eggs!

playing games

Making prayer journals

Our last day was on June 1.  We spent the morning painting wood, like Jesus might have done.  We tasted juices that Jesus might have drank and we played games that Jesus might have played.  We had a great year and we look forward to seeing you in September!
